The Coronavirus has been rampant in China and has spread to other Countries. We at Skål International Bangalore felt the need to create awareness right from our own Club. Sanitize your hands frequently and be aware not to touch your face was the message. Until date, there is no antidote so self-awareness is the only way right now.

President Sk Manoj Mathew gave the members an update on the news of the virus and how it is affecting our business as travel professionals, hospitality and as travellers.

He also gave the members and their guests a brief of Skål International and Digital Transformation, benefits of being a Skålleague and shared a personal experience he enjoyed.

3 new members were inducted this day. They took the Skål International Oath, got their Skål International Pins and Certificates.

‘Know Your Skalleague’ 2 members were Introduced through a short PowerPoint Presentation, where we got to know the Professional and well as the personal side of these two members, what they wish to contribute to Skål International Bangalore and how they have benefitted from the club so far.

In a Fun ICEbreaker session… we had a quiz on the London Underground Stations where we had teams of 4 members each… consisting of members of varied Classifications.  This exercise was not only to test our knowledge of the London Underground but to get members of different Classification to mix and communicate…. Best of all it was great fun!! Mission accomplished!!!
